Day 01: Welcome To Boten - Lao Borders (Dinner)
Our guide awaits the group at Lao side border Boten/Mengla crossing checkpoint.
After complete the stamp, we board an express train 12:15 heading south to Oudomxay, your journey would take approx. 40minutes. Upon arrival at Oudomxay train station, we take a short drive to Nam Kat Yorlapa, Namkat Yorla Pa, a protected forestry area along the Nam Kat River. Situated in Oudomxay province in North Eastern Laos, this area is truly one of the most beautiful and desired eco-tourism destinations in Laos and South East Asia. You will experience the complete wonder, exotic beauty, ethnic culture, thrilling adventure, the natural serenity and the biodiversity of the flora and fauna all in one place in Laos. Relax by the pool, ride a complimentary bicycle on the paved paths, explore the forest area at your leisure or simple rest on the balcony of the restaurant listing to the sounds of the wildlife and watching the stream pass you by.

Day 02: Nam Kat - Pakbeng (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
We continue to Pakbeng on the banks of the Mekong River. We make a few rest stops along the way, giving you the opportunity to see the ethnic minority groups such as Hmong, Khmu, Black Thai and Lue.
When reaching Pakbeng, you will be transferred by local transportation to Le Grand Pakbeng Resort where you will stay two nights, you will be greeting by staff offering a welcome drink. Once checked in to the resort you will have the chance to relax by the infinity swimming pool whilst watch the amazing sunset. After dinner you have free time to relax with cocktails at Le Bistro Lounge whilst witnessing the amazing night skyline of stars and sometimes the moonlight over the Mighty Mekong River.

Overnight at Le Grand Pakbeng Resort – Mekong Villa 4*

Day 03: Pakbeng - Luang Prabang - By Share Leisure Boat (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
08:00: The Le Grand Luxury boat leaves Pakbeng. The boat departs for another day of impressive nature landscapes all along the river. 2 stops are planned during the afternoon.
Use your free time in the morning for asking some questions about Luang Prabang and Laos the guide.
12:30: Lunch is served on board. You will taste traditional Lao food with several dishes.
13:00: After the lunch, the first stop will be at Pak Ou to visit the famous Pak Ou Caves (Tham Ting) and its thousands of Buddha images.
14:30: Next step, the Lao Lao village, commonly known as the Whiskey Village.
In there, the guide will provide information about the locally made rice whisky, and you will have the chance to taste it if you wish.
You will also have time to enjoy the charm of this small and authentic village, its temple and local artisans.
08:00: The Le Grand Luxury boat leaves Pakbeng. The boat departs for another day of impressive nature landscapes all along the river. 2 stops are planned during the afternoon.

Day 04: Full Day City Tour - Khuang Si Waterfall (Breakfast)
After breakfast, we then enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We visit to the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts and Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos’ many ethnic cultures.
You may also wish to drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the turquoise pools or walk along the forest paths. There’s also an opportunity to visit the bear sanctuary nearby, run by Free The Bears Fund Inc.
You will arrive in Luang Prabang around 16:30. Here is the end of the cruise.

We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.
